Kriya Yoga

TrueYoga

Ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga is a practice that is completely new within modern yoga, even though its origins lie in the Tantra Kaula teachings. This methodology is not related to contemporary yoga practices; however, its system of asanas, kriyas, pranayamas, mudras, and locks operates at the same or even deeper level than traditional yoga.

In its processes, ATKY is connected to systems such as Kundalini practices, Babaji’s Tantra Yoga (pranayamas), Agama Yoga (in its esoteric aspects), and Hatha Yoga (in terms of energetic balancing). Unlike many methodologies that focus on relaxation, physical exercise, energy balancing, or chakra cleansing, ATKY takes the practice of yoga into another dimension.

The three dimensions of the being represent the phases through which prana and sacred energy (sexual energy directed with intention) become the fundamental elements of this practice. The main goal is to collect, manage, transform, and transmute the life force within the being. To achieve this, ATKY uses five tools derived from Tantra Kaula:

  • Pranayamas (Swahara Yoga)
  • Meditation ( not only static but dynamic)
  • the Asana & Kriya
  • Ritualism
  • Sacred Sexuality

Instructor Level Program

The Practice of the Tantrika in ATKY.

Physical and Mental Preparation
  • Satya Kriyas: Neti pot, saline mouth rinse, tongue scraping, and eye cleansing
  • Pranayamas: Kapalabhati; Nadi Shodhana (with lower and upper locks)
  • Rock Meditation
  • First-level Cobra Breathing / Cobra Breathing with Kriya
  • Activation and cleansing of the Tantrika through micro-asanas, from the upper chakras to the lower chakras
Sacred Space
  • The Archetype: It is essential to place an archetype that transmits harmony, intensity, and energy without being invasive to you or your students. Remember that deities carry specific energetic qualities. A balanced approach is to work with symbolic representations.
  • Types of incense: before, during, and after the practice
  • Energetic cleansing of your space

This training gives you a unique professional edge

Ancient Tantra Kriya Yoga is a powerful system designed to work directly with prana,
consciousness, and sacred energy, guiding both personal transformation and professional facilitation.

Experience deep personal transformation through the activation, management, and transmutation of life force energy.

Learn to guide others through emotional release, energetic balance, and expanded states of awareness.

Master an integrated methodology combining breathwork, meditation, kriyas, ritual, and sacred sexuality.

Develop the ability to structure and lead powerful sessions, including group dynamics with couples, trios, and collective energy work.

Cultivate sensitivity to the energetic body and learn to manage, circulate, and harmonize energy within yourself and others.

Create and hold a high-level practice space by integrating intention, presence, ritual elements, and both scientific and tantric approaches.

The practice and the teaching is divided on three levels according experience and knowledge:

Basic

Understanding the body and developing control over it; the breathing process and pranayamic balance; presence and meditation (awareness); the sacred pump (Moola Bandha, Swadhisthana Bandha, Ashwini Mudra, Vajroli Mudra); meditation on the movement of energy within the physical and astral bodies; understanding and experiencing sacred energy throughout the entire process; basic use of tantric communication tools; polarity balance at the physical level.

Intermediate

Understanding the structure and purpose of an ATKY session; beginning to feel the accumulation of energy and how to release it; acquiring foundational knowledge of the human energy system and its interrelation with the psycho-emotional field, energetic memory, and blockages; subtle handling of energy and pranayamas; use of second-level pranayamas (Ujjayi); use of sacred vocalization; application of kriyas and deeper breath retention (kumbhaka); use of Kundalini kriyas and mudras (Ashwini, Vajroli, and their interrelation with sacred energy); detailed use of Vajrayana and Kali Bola; active meditations on presence and energy; polarity balance at the astral level.

Advanced

Awareness in static asanas and the movement of energy; use of sacred sexual energy at an alchemical level; knowledge and application of the marma system within the ATKY process; use of Cobra Breathing and the integration of microcosm and macrocosm; understanding the microcosm as a platform for cosmic unity; circulation of energy through couples, trios, and the collective; the role of bija mantras within sessions (every five lessons); use of intention in each session as a form of pragmatic meditation, both within and beyond the practice; application of the microcosmic orbit and tantric breathing; understanding of the causal body.

Structured and Guided:

Anand Rudra

Born in Mexico and based in Europe for over two decades, he bridges the worlds of international policy and ancestral wisdom.

With a background in International Relations Law, three master’s degrees in North American Studies, Mexico–United States Relations, and European Union Law and Economics, as well as a PhD in EU Security Studies, his professional path has been deeply rooted in global affairs. As an entrepreneur and advisor in international public policy and diplomacy, he operates at the intersection of strategy, governance, and geopolitical insight.

Alongside this academic and professional trajectory, he was raised within a living shamanic lineage. Guided by his father, a Mexican spiritualist and shaman, and his grandmother, a Yaqui medicine woman, he was immersed from an early age in practices that explore consciousness, energy, and the unseen dimensions of life.

This dual path naturally evolved into a lifelong exploration of esoteric and transformative disciplines, including tarot, psychomagic, symbology, ritualism, tantra, sacred geometry, and shamanism.

Today, he integrates these worlds into a unique approach that unites structure and intuition, intellect and energy, the modern and the ancestral. As a certified teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance and the Arhanta Yoga School, he transmits practices designed not only for understanding, but for direct experience and transformation.

Olivia Landström

My name is Olivia, and I work as a therapist with a deep passion for personal and spiritual growth. For many years, I have immersed myself in tantric wisdom, integrating its teachings into my work and life journey. Through tantra, I have learned powerful tools to cultivate presence, connection, and self-awareness. One of the most transformative parts of my journey has been breath work – a practice that has profoundly changed my life. Breath work has allowed me to connect with my inner self in ways I never thought possible. It has become a core part of my life and my practice, both for my own growth and as a method I use to help others find peace, balance, and strength in their lives. My aim is to provide a safe space for people who want to explore themselves, process inner challenges, and live more authentically. Through conversations, breath work, and tantric techniques, I support others in discovering their own path to self-acceptance and vitality.
