TIBETAN KAMASUTRA — LEVEL II
BLA, Orgasmic Consciousness & the Subtle Body
From Intimacy to Supra-Consciousness
Thursday afternoon – Sunday 16:00
Advanced Retreat · Singles & Couples
ByAnand Rudra
Level II moves beyond the first retreat’s exploration of the 64 Arts of Love, sacred intimacy,
Tibetan Pulsing, pranic embodiment and BLA. The original program presents BLA as a subtle
vitality associated with radiance and self-mastery, and connects orgasmic states with the subtle body
and supra-consciousness.
This second level develops those ideas into a deeper experiential framework. Here, orgasmia is
studied not simply as a physical climax, but as a spectrum of energetic and consciousness
states that can involve the body, breath, subtle perception, meditation and states of profound
stillness.
The retreat follows one central progression:
BLA → Absorption → Penetration → Orgasmic Consciousness → Multi-Orgasmia →
Śūnyatā → Tripura → Supra-Consciousness → Integration
THURSDAY — BLA & THE
ARCHITECTURE OF ORGASMIC
CONSCIOUSNESS
Entering the Subtle Body
15:30–18:30 | Workshop I
BLA: Vitality, Radiance and the Subtle Body
The retreat begins by returning to BLA, but at a more advanced level.
In the source material, BLA is presented as being intimately related to life force, mind, vitality,
longevity and radiance, with a circulating relationship to different areas of the body. Level II uses
this as the starting framework for exploring how vitality is perceived and reorganized during
intimate and orgasmic states.
Theoretical transmissionWe investigate:
• BLA as vitality and subtle radiance.
• BLA versus ordinary physical excitation.
• Prana, sexual energy and consciousness as distinguishable dimensions.
• The subtle body as a perceptual map: chakras, nadis and marmas.
• Sexual energy as localized versus distributed energy.
• Why heightened sensation can either contract consciousness or expand it.
• The relationship between attention and energetic movement.
• The concept of orgasmic consciousness.
• The difference between orgasm as an event and orgasmia as a process/state.
The Four Movements
A principal Level II map is introduced:
Activation → Absorption → Penetration → Expansion
Activation — energy and sensation become perceptible.
Absorption — consciousness stops searching externally and becomes immersed in sensation.
Penetration — attention moves through deeper layers of body, emotion and subtle perception.
Expansion — sensation ceases to feel completely localized and can be perceived as a wider field.
Practical work uses breath, movement, meditation, sensory attention and non-explicit conscious-
touch exercises to recognize these transitions.
19:00–20:00 | Dinner
21:30–22:45 | Nocturnal Meditation
Entering BLA — Meditation of Inner Radiance
A meditative induction through body scanning, pulsation, breath and visualization.
The participant progressively observes:
Body → Sensation → Pulsation → Energy → Awareness → Space
The purpose is to establish an important principle for the entire retreat:
Do not chase the orgasmic state. Learn to recognize the consciousness from which it emerges.
The night finishes in silence.
FRIDAY — ABSORPTION, PENETRATION
& LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESSFrom Sensation into the Inner Field
07:00–08:00 | Pranayama
Breathing Through the Subtle Axis
Progressive practice involving:
• Nadi awareness.
• Pelvic-floor activation.
• Agni Sara.
• Lower abdominal breathing.
• Pelvis–heart circulation.
• Heart–throat circulation.
• Third-eye awareness.
• Central-axis breathing.
• Breath retention adapted to practitioner capacity.
• Silent absorption.
The purpose is to experience the difference between generating energy, containing energy and
observing energy.
08:30–10:30 | Breakfast & Break
10:30–13:30 | Workshop II
ABSORPTION — When Pleasure Becomes
Meditation
Absorption becomes the first great technology of Level II.
Ordinary sensual consciousness continuously searches for another stimulus. Absorption reverses
this movement.
Instead of:
Stimulus → Reaction → More stimulus
participants explore:
Stimulus → Sensation → Attention → Absorption → Stillness
Levels of consciousness in intimacy
A working map is introduced:
Level 1 — Physical Consciousness
Awareness of pressure, temperature, movement and physical sensation.Level 2 — Sensory Consciousness
Attention expands into sound, smell, sight, touch, rhythm and breath.
Level 3 — Erotic Consciousness
Desire and imagination begin reorganizing perception.
Level 4 — Emotional Consciousness
Vulnerability, affection, fear, openness, trust and attachment become visible.
Level 5 — Energetic Consciousness
Attention shifts toward pulsation, heat, vibration, energetic movement and subtle-body perception.
Level 6 — Orgasmic Consciousness
Pleasure is experienced increasingly as a state of the whole organism rather than only a localized
event.
Level 7 — Meditative Consciousness
The distinction between observer and sensation can become quieter.
Level 8 — Supra-Conscious Orientation
The practitioner explores states in which spacious awareness becomes more significant than the
original stimulus.
These are presented as an experiential teaching map, not as scientifically established neurological
stages.
13:30–14:30 | Lunch
15:30–18:30 | Workshop III
PENETRATION — Entering the Layers of the
Subtle Body
Here penetration is approached primarily as a movement of awareness: the capacity of attention to
enter progressively deeper layers of experience.
The practice develops three directions:
Horizontal penetration: consciousness of relationship and another person.
Vertical penetration: movement through the chakra/subtle-body axis.
Internal penetration: attention entering progressively deeper sensation, emotion and silence.
The session explores:
• Breath as penetration.
• Gaze as penetration of attention.
• Sound as penetration.
• Presence and energetic boundaries.
• Pranic embodiment.• Tibetan Pulsing.
• Chakra resonance.
• Moving awareness between pelvic center, heart and third eye.
• The difference between intensity and depth.
• The paradox of becoming more internally absorbed while remaining relationally present.
19:00–20:00 | Dinner
21:30–23:00 | Nocturnal Ceremony
THE THREE GATES
A meditative ceremony through three symbolic thresholds:
Gate I — Kama
Desire is recognized without repression or automatic reaction.
Gate II — Hridaya
The energetic experience is brought toward the heart.
Gate III — Śūnyatā
The practitioner releases the need to produce an experience and enters observation and
spaciousness.
The final phase is performed in stillness.
SATURDAY — MULTI-ORGASMIA &
SUPRA-CONSCIOUSNESS
From Peak to Continuum
Saturday is the central day of Level II.
07:00–08:00 | Pranayama
The Orgasmic Breath
A progressive energetic sequence:
Pelvis → Abdomen → Heart → Throat → Third Eye → Crown → Whole Body
Practices include pelvic-floor awareness, Agni Sara, subtle spinal breathing, pulsation, breath
suspension where appropriate and silent observation.
The objective is to distinguish intensity from expansion.08:30–10:30 | Breakfast & Break
10:30–13:30 | Workshop IV
MULTI-ORGASMIA — From Event to Field
Instead of understanding multi-orgasmia merely as repeated climaxes, the retreat introduces a
broader contemplative model.
Three possibilities are studied:
Peak Orgasmia
A rapid energetic ascent followed by release.
Wave Orgasmia
Intensity increases and decreases repeatedly without requiring complete energetic discharge.
Field Orgasmia
Orgasmic qualities—pulsation, openness, pleasure, expansion and altered perception—are
cultivated as a more distributed state of awareness.
Participants investigate:
• Building versus releasing intensity.
• Breath and energetic continuity.
• Relaxation versus contraction.
• Sensory amplification.
• Whole-body awareness.
• The role of attention.
• The relationship between pelvic energy and the subtle axis.
• Orgasmic waves.
• Energetic plateaus.
• Resting between waves.
• Returning from intensity into meditative awareness.
The central transition becomes:
Orgasm as climax → orgasm as wave → orgasmia as field → consciousness observing the
field.
13:30–14:30 | Lunch
15:30–18:30 | Workshop V
KAMA, FRICTION, MOVEMENT & THE
GEOMETRY OF UNIONThe first-level material introduces the Tibetan 64 Arts of Love and bodily/energetic methods
surrounding intimacy. Level II now studies the underlying principles of rhythm, geometry,
polarity, attention and energetic circulation.
Classical Kama Sutra positions are therefore approached as archetypal geometries rather than as
a catalogue of sexual techniques.
Participants study how different configurations can symbolically emphasize:
• Grounding.
• Surrender.
• Active/receptive polarity.
• Eye contact.
• Heart connection.
• Spinal alignment.
• Pelvic awareness.
• Stillness.
• Movement.
• Energetic reciprocity.
Friction as an energetic principle
The teaching distinguishes:
Mechanical friction → sensory stimulation → energetic pulsation → absorption → expanded
awareness.
The advanced practitioner learns that greater intensity does not automatically mean greater
consciousness.
Sometimes less movement produces more perception.
The workshop therefore alternates movement with stillness and explores how conscious pauses can
transform the perception of energetic intensity.
19:00–20:00 | Dinner
21:30–23:15 | Main Nocturnal Ceremony
THE ORGASMIC VOID — ŚŪNYATĀ
This is the deepest meditation of the retreat.
Participants first build sensory and pranic awareness through movement, breath, sound and
meditation.
The process gradually reduces external stimulation:
Movement
↓Pulsation
↓
Breath
↓
Subtle sensation
↓
Stillness
↓
Silence
↓
Śūnyatā
The objective is not to manufacture an orgasm but to investigate what remains when the practitioner
releases attachment to sensation, identity and outcome.
Here orgasmic consciousness encounters the Void.
SUNDAY — TRIPURA & ORGASMIC
SUPRA-CONSCIOUSNESS
Pleasure, Awareness and the Witness
07:00–08:00 | Pranayama
Three Worlds — One Consciousness
The morning practice works symbolically through three centers:
Pelvis — Kama / embodied life
Heart — communion
Third Eye — witnessing consciousness
Rather than continuously moving energy upward, participants learn to perceive all three
simultaneously. This prepares the experiential framework of Tripura — “the three cities/worlds” — as a tantric
contemplative symbol of consciousness encompassing multiple dimensions of experience.
08:30–10:30 | Breakfast & Break
10:30–13:30 | Workshop VI
INDUCTION, MEDITATION & ORGASMIC
CONSCIOUSNESS
The final major workshop asks:
Can an orgasmic state become an object of meditation?
Participants explore induction as the deliberate creation of conditions that support an altered state
without demanding a predetermined result.
The sequence becomes:
Intention → Breath → Sensory Attention → Energy → Absorption → Expansion →
Witnessing → Silence
We explore three forms of meditation:
Meditation before orgasmic activation
Establishing the witness before intensity arises.
Meditation within heightened pleasure
Maintaining awareness while sensation changes.
Meditation after the energetic peak
Using the naturally quieter period after intense experience to enter contemplation.
This leads into the distinction between:
Orgasmic consciousness
Consciousness strongly permeated by pleasure, pulsation and energetic expansion.
Śūnyatā
Attention releases its attachment to the contents of experience and rests in spaciousness.
Tripura
The practitioner contemplates embodied, relational and transcendent dimensions without
necessarily separating them.
Supra-consciousnessWithin the retreat’s esoteric framework, the practitioner investigates whether heightened energy can
become a doorway toward a state in which awareness itself—not pleasure—is central.
The ultimate teaching is therefore not:
How powerful was the orgasm?
but:
How much consciousness remained present within the experience?
13:30–14:30 | Lunch
14:30–16:00 | Closing Integration Ceremony
BLA — KAMA — ŚŪNYATĀ — TRIPURA
The retreat finishes by integrating its four principal technologies.
BLA — I recognize the vitality within me.
KAMA — I recognize desire as movement of life.
ORGASMIA — I allow that energy to become a wider field of embodied consciousness.
ŚŪNYATĀ — I release attachment to the experience.
TRIPURA — I recognize consciousness within body, relationship and transcendence.
Participants move through breath, meditation, subtle-body awareness, silent witnessing and a
closing integration circle.
At 16:00 the Level II retreat formally closes.

This makes Level I the Art of Sacred Intimacy and Level II the Technology of Orgasmic
Consciousness. The distinction is important: participants are no longer primarily learning ways of
relating; they are learning to observe and work with what happens to consciousness itself when
intimacy, prana, BLA, pleasure and subtle-body awareness intensify.
