We invite you to a new, unique, and profoundly transformative series of workshops with Anand Rudra, entitled Soul Medicine & Sacred Technologies. Soul Medicine & Sacred Technologies is a comprehensive 15-day immersive program designed for practitioners, facilitators, healers, and individuals committed to profound spiritual evolution. This carefully structured curriculum integrates ancient wisdom with contemporary healing methodologies.

The workshop is led by Anand Rudra, an expert in shamanism and Tantrism – founder of the True Tantra School, son of a Mexican shaman and grandson of a Yaqui Indian healer. His expertise combines academic knowledge, practical experience, and ancient practices. Rituals encompass tribal traditions from the Olmec, Aztec, Balinese, Dravidian, Siberian, Filipino, and Mayan peoples.

According to Ananda Rudra, tantra and shamanism are paths of healing and development aimed at raising consciousness. Both paths are based on three dimensions: the physical body, the astral body, and the causal body. Science and Nature, shamanism and tantra, meet halfway. Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. It is one of the main aspects and tools used by tantric shamanism for healing and connecting with the universe and Supra-Nature.

Each module builds upon the previous, creating a complete arc of purification, awakening, embodiment, healing, and supraconscious realization. Six master topics guide participants through progressively deeper layers of transformation.

MODULE I

SHADOW, LIGHT & SOMATIC ALCHEMY

Master Topics:

1. Experience Shadow & Light – Understanding and integrating the polarities of consciousness
2. Inner Alchemy and the Somas – Activating transformative energies and somatic memory

Module I establishes the foundation of spiritual transformation by addressing the two polarities that compose human consciousness: shadow and light. It is based on classical tantra, depth psychology, and alchemical philosophy. Participants learn to witness their inner landscape without identification or repression.

• Liberate emotional density through somatic practices
• Activate inner alchemy (ojas, tejas, prana)
• Recognize and purify somatic memory capsules

Module I: Energetic & Esoteric Framework

Energetical Dimension

This module focuses on the purification and activation of the subtle body. Shadow work liberates stagnated prana, while light work amplifies tejas (inner fire). Inner alchemy awakens ojas (vital essence), allowing the soma — the storehouse of emotional, psychic, and spiritual information — to be activated and transmuted.

Breathwork, kriyas, and somatic tremoring help release blocked energies, opening the channels required for later tantric and shamanic work.

Esoterical Dimension

The module introduces the alchemical principle solve et coagula—to dissolve and to reintegrate. Participants encounter their archetypal forces, balancing lunar (shadow) and solar (light) currents.

Inner alchemy technologies based on tantric rasayana teachings support the transformation of dense emotional matter into spiritual clarity, creating stability for deeper work ahead.

Why Module 1 Matters

Shadow integration and inner alchemy are indispensable for any spiritual path. Without integrating one’s own shadow, any later work with erotic energy, ritual, or awakening may become unstable or distorted. The somas must be awakened and cleansed to create a strong foundation for the tantric, ecstatic, and mystical experiences of Module II and III.

EROS, HEALING & ECSTATIC EXPANSION

Module II explores eros as life force and the foundation of self-healing. In esoteric traditions, eros is not merely sexual—it is the creative impulse of existence that flows through the nervous system, consciousness, and the subtle body. Ecstasy and pleasure are approached as therapeutic states that loosen trauma imprints, expand awareness, and rewire emotional patterns.

Key Learning Objectives:

Moule II: Awakening the Erotic Field

Energetical Framework

The module awakens the pelvic, sacral, and heart centers, harmonizing their energetic currents. Practices focus on sublimation (lifting erotic energy upward), circulation, and refinement.

Participants learn how to transform sexual energy into spiritual prana through breath, attention, and movement. Ecstatic bodywork and pleasure therapies regulate the nervous system, supporting deep healing and energetic expansion.

Esoterical Framework

Esoterically, eros is linked to kundalini shakti—the primal power that fuels awakening. Pleasure is understood as a gateway into non-ordinary states of consciousness, dissolving ego rigidity.

Ecstasy opens the heart field and expands the aura, allowing practitioners to enter states of unity, joy, and subtle perception. These states prepare the body for advanced ritual and the Satori process.

Essential Foundation of Module II:

Eros, ecstasy, and pleasure are essential to tantric philosophy, where the body is the temple and the erotic field is a spiritual force. The Satori Experience: A Three-Dimensional Realization

“Satori is the moment when the body becomes pure vibration, the mind becomes pure silence, and the Self becomes pure space.”

Body Becomes Transparent

Through ritual and conscious touch, the physical body transforms into a vibrational field. Somatic de-armoring, sensory awakening, and vibrational body activation dissolve tension and open the nadis (energy channels).

Mind Becomes Silent

The mental chatter ceases, revealing a still, spacious awareness. Non-dual consciousness emerges as thoughts dissolve into pure presence, creating the conditions for direct perception of reality.

Self Expands into Pure Awareness

Prakriti (manifested nature), Purusha (witness), and Shakti (inner energy) align into a single experience. This is not final enlightenment but a piercing glimpse of the Absolute within the relative self – a gateway to the tripura state.

TRUE TANTRA SCHOOL

True Tantra is based on the ancient teaching method, part of which is an independent and complementary techniques. When you learn Tantra, you have to understand and experience all its aspects:

• Ancient Kriya Yoga Tantra; the rituals as the moving energy method and meditations (yandras and mantras)
• Sacred Sexuality (Sacred Connection and Sacred Conscious Touch)

Primal Shamanic Tantric Certification

periodic hybrid master training/ ANANDA RUDRA’s SCHOOL

Anand Rudra together with the Be.Tantric group members, has decided to create a certification system, which will allow to achieve a Master’s Degree in the chosen area of shamanism and tantra. This system is constituted by fundamental phases of practice and knowledge. 

The whole workshop has a periodical character which means, you are allowed to participate in every part without necessity of finishing any other one. It is not necessary to choose any level. Collected points from the participated workshops will show the participant’s level at the present moment.

The programme includes 3 levels: practitioner’s, intern’s and instructor’s. If you have finished any of Ananda’s workshops, they can be counted into the whole training.

Each workshop includes a lot of theoretical and practical material. The way they were constructed was thought to follow the Bologna European Academy. Each certificate issued by us meet these requirements and the workshop participation is signed by True Tantra and Be.Tantric confirmed with a certificate.
