Join us for a MINI workshop, which is an introduction to the Annual Tantric and Shamanic Extended States of Consciousness Training led by Anand Rudra. During the workshop, you will learn more about the different approaches of Tantra and Shamanism to the Expanded States of Mind and learn about the basic and advanced implications, processes, techniques and rituals of this knowledge, which will be experienced during the three workshops of the Annual Tantric-Shamanic Expanded States of Consciousness Training in 2025.
The Annual Tantric-Shamanic Expanded States of Consciousness Training includes 3 workshops. Each workshop is an independent part, and you can take the classes in any order. No prior preparation is necessary.
Expanded/Altered States of Consciousness/Mind (ESC) are different from the normal state of consciousness we experience daily. There are many different experiences that can put us into ESC – for example, we experience such states when we are dreaming, or when we are awake. ESC can also be caused by sleep deprivation, euphoria or panic. The dream state, hypnosis or meditation are also different states of consciousness. Different ESC can differ from each other. Our consciousness can travel (when we are dreaming, for example) or it can be focused during meditation. We can also have the experience of pure consciousness undisturbed by thoughts, which is outside ESC.

Ritualism
It is one of the key aspects on tantra in which someone can experience a sacred act that can take you to a condition of the mind that will be depending on the one directing or in the same participant. A ritual has different many aspects from Psychomagic to a Subconscious collective memory that naturally triggers a ESC process.
Sacred Sexuality
Sexual energy in combination with breath work, touch and awareness is a very deep combination that can trigger in our mind and body a very deep ESC. We develop a huge amount of bioelectricity & biopeptides that can be the fuel to this kind of process.
Primordial Shamanism
We will be entering into experiences that will take you safely into Expanded States of Consciousness (ESC). We will learn and discuss practices such as shamanic drumming, lucid dreaming, sleep deprivation, fasting, music, meditation, sensory deprivation, hypnosis, and physical exercises and rituals. We will find out what psychoactive substances have been and are used in various shamanic cultures. We will learn about one of the powerful elements of shamanism – connection with elementals – energy beings who embody the elements of fire, air, earth and water.
Pranayama
Handle of life force energy throughout breathing, eye gazing, touching, kriyas or movement, bandhas & mudras. The handle of very good pranayams can take you to an ESC.
Meditation
In Tantra and Shamanism to meditate is not only to set your mind on blank, or not to have thoughts. We have active meditation like dance & breathwork together. We have Yantra methods – the image, the energy and the idea that develops behind and take you through process. Niaza Tantra is one of the ancient techniques to go from sleeping process to lucid dreaming or to deep relaxation creating restful alertness or awakening dreaming.
Yoga or Bodywork
When you work with consciousness while performing asanas, they can awaken different energies and allow you to move into the ESC state.The combination with Kriyas, bandhas & breathwork an asana can be as powerful as any kind ESC journey
Workshop is led by shamanism and tantric expert Anand Rudra – founder of True Tantra School, son of a Mexican shaman and grandson of a Mexican Yaqui Indian healer.
His expertise combines academic knowledge, practical experience and ancient practices. Rituals include Olmec, Aztec, Balinese, Dravidian, Siberian, Filipino and Mayan tribal traditions.
According to Anand Rudra tantra and shamanism are the paths of healing and development aimed at raising consciousness. Both paths are based on 3 dimensions: the physical body; the astral body and the causal body. Science and Nature, shamanism and tantra meet halfway. Tantric shamanic knowledge combines both aspects. It is one of the main aspects and tools that tantric shamanism uses for healing, connecting with the universe and Supra-Nature.

Anand Rudra
Anand was raised in a Shamanic and Mexican esoterical culture by a father (Mexican Spirita and Shaman) and by the grandmother (Yaqui Mexican Medical Woman) Since he was young, he was attracted to the esoterical world.
As a hobby, he has been studying tarot, psychomagic, symbology, ritualism, tantra, sacred geometry, and shamanism.
He is an International Relations Lawyer; holds three masters degrees in North American Studies; Relations Mexico-USA; Law Economics of European Union. And a Ph.D. in Security Studies of European Union. For the last 15 years, he has been living in Europe where he has designed over 150 different workshops on Tantra Sacred Sexuality. He is known a specialist on Men´s Sacred Sexuality and part of the Faculty of the Connection University in The Netherlands. He is also a Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher, YACEP and Arhanta Yoga School System.
His life experience includes:
