We do it with different techniques like Pranayamas (breathwork)\, Asanas and Kriyas (postures and actions combined with breathing)\, Kumbhaka (retention of breath)\, different Bandhas and Agnisaras (locks impacting different chakras).\n\nWe combine all of the above with touch\, pulsation and full body massage to create a magic experience for you and your partner.\n\nYou will do the exercises with your partner\, and have the possibility to share a really intense and intimate time\, to feel deeply connected with your partner. In some of the exercises you can choose to be naked and share the energy work and massage that will move energy between the two of you and give you the tools to share full body orgasms.\n\nSome of the exercises will include intimate touch on the Lingam and Yoni.
