SUMMARY:UOMO • Manfulness Evolution
DESCRIPTION:UOMO\nManfulness Evolution\n  \n\n\nThe Journey of the Conscious Man\n\n\nEmbodiment & awakening series in Sevilla \n\n\n:: BODY\, PLEASURE & CONSCIOUSNESS. Awakening the Experience of Being a Man 12-15 Nov\, 2026. \n\n\n:: ENERGY\, SENSUALITY & SENSING. Awakening the Perception of Who I Am as a Man 21-24 Jan\, 2027. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUOMO :: embodiment & awakening ::\n\n\n\n\n01\n\n\n\n\n\nThe first two UOMO workshops constitute the Embodiment and Awakening Phase of the 18-month journey. \n\n\nThey address two fundamental questions: \n\n\nWorkshop I\n\n\nCan I inhabit the body of the man I am? \n\n\nWorkshop II\n\n\nCan I perceive the man I am through sensation\, energy and relationship? \n\n\nThe movement is: \n\n\nBODY → SENSATION → PLEASURE → PRESENCE → ENERGY → SENSUALITY → PERCEPTION → IDENTITY \n\n\nBefore exploring sexuality\, archetypes\, relationships\, spirituality or advanced energetic practices\, the participant learns to inhabit himself. \n\n\nThe body becomes the first teacher. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n03\n\n\n\n\nwho can experience UOMO ?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMen that want to work with other men\nTo hold the space of men like wise is a journey of self discovering \n\n\n\n\nMen that want to shift\nIf you are a man that would like to reframe and to unveil your potentiality in yourself \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMasseurs \, Therapist or workshop leaders\nTantra and other ancestral technologies will bring a new practical perspective to enrich and reframe your own techniques. \n\n\n\n\nTantra teachers \, Coachers & Sexologists\nRe learn in a new perspective the way you share and embodied your professional estructure with a new dimension. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n04\n\n\n\n\nWorkshop 1\n\n\n\n\n\n— BODY\, PLEASURE & CONSCIOUSNESS \n\n\nAwakening the Experience of Being a Man\n\n\nDuration\n\n\nThursday November 12th. 19hrs → November 15th. Sunday 15:00 \n\n\nCentral proposition\n\n\nI have a male body\, but how consciously do I inhabit it? \n\n\nThis first retreat establishes the foundations of the entire UOMO process. \n\n\nRather than beginning with an intellectual discussion about masculinity\, participants encounter masculinity through: \n\n\nposture\nbreath\nmovement\nphysical sensation\nskin\nweight\nstrength\nrelaxation\nvulnerability\npleasure\nboundaries\ntouch\npresence\n\n\nThe fundamental movement is from: \n\n\nthinking about being a man → experiencing being a man. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKen Wilber: “Few of us have lost our minds\, but most of us have long ago lost our bodies.”\n\n\nBenjamin Disraeli: “Man is never so manly as when he feels deeply\, acts boldly\, and expresses himself with frankness and fervor.” \n\n\n\n\n\n1. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK\n\n\n1.1 The Body as the First Territory of Consciousness\n\n\nThe body is not simply something a man possesses. \n\n\nIt is the place through which he experiences existence. \n\n\nBefore there is identity\, there is sensation. \n\n\nBefore there is interpretation\, there is perception. \n\n\nBefore a man says: \n\n\n“This is who I am.” \n\n\nthere is the more fundamental experience: \n\n\n“I am here.” \n\n\nTherefore\, embodiment becomes the first threshold of masculine consciousness. \n\n\n1.2 The Four Dimensions of Embodiment\n\n\nWe work with four dimensions. \n\n\nPhysical Body\n\n\nMuscles\, fascia\, bones\, posture\, movement\, breathing and physical sensation. \n\n\nQuestion: \n\n\nWhat does my body actually feel like from inside? \n\n\nSensory Body\n\n\nTouch\, temperature\, pressure\, movement\, smell\, sound and internal sensation. \n\n\nQuestion: \n\n\nHow much can I perceive without immediately interpreting? \n\n\nEmotional Body\n\n\nThe physical expressions accompanying emotion: contraction\, expansion\, trembling\, heat\, heaviness\, softness\, activation. \n\n\nQuestion: \n\n\nCan I feel emotion as bodily experience before creating a story about it? \n\n\nSymbolic/Energetic Body\n\n\nThe participant begins exploring the body through traditional yogic and Tantric maps: \n\n\nprana\nchakras\nnadis\ncentral axis\ngrounding\nexpansion\ncontraction\n\n\nThese are introduced as traditional contemplative and experiential maps rather than established anatomical structures. \n\n\n2. PLEASURE AS A CAPACITY\n\n\nPleasure is broader than sexuality. \n\n\nA man can experience pleasure through: \n\n\nbreathing\nstretching\nmovement\nwarmth\nwater\nfood\nmusic\nnature\ntouch\nrest\nconnection\nsilence\nstrength\nsurrender\n\n\nOne purpose of this workshop is therefore to separate: \n\n\nPLEASURE ≠ SEX \n\n\nPleasure becomes a capacity for experiencing life. \n\n\nThe participant investigates: \n\n\nHow much sensation can I receive before I need to do something with it? \n\n\nThis distinction will later become fundamental to the work with sexuality. \n\n\nTHE MASCULINE BODY\n\n\nThe workshop introduces an inquiry: \n\n\n“What makes my body a man’s body for me?”\n\n\nNot: \n\n\n“What should a masculine body look like?” \n\n\nInstead: \n\n\nHow do I experience strength?\nHow do I experience softness?\nHow do I occupy space?\nHow do I experience my chest?\nMy abdomen?\nMy pelvis?\nMy legs?\nMy genitals?\nMy voice?\nMy physical power?\nMy vulnerability?\n\n\nThere is no predetermined correct answer. \n\n\nThe objective is self-perception rather than conformity to a masculine ideal. \n\n\nFIVE PRINCIPLES OF WORKSHOP I\n\n\n1. SLOW DOWN\n\n\nSensory consciousness requires time. \n\n\n2. FEEL BEFORE INTERPRETING\n\n\nParticipants learn to distinguish: \n\n\nsensation → emotion → interpretation → reaction. \n\n\n3. RECEIVE\n\n\nMany men are comfortable doing but less comfortable receiving. \n\n\nReceiving becomes a practice. \n\n\n4. CHOOSE\n\n\nEvery relational exercise involves choice. \n\n\n5. WITNESS\n\n\nA man learns to experience himself without immediately correcting himself. \n\n\nTHURSDAY \n\n\nENTERING THE BODY\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nI AM HERE \n\n\n18:00–19:00\n\n\nArrival and accommodation. \n\n\n19:00–20:00\n\n\nDinner. \n\n\n20:30–23:00\n\n\nOpening Initiation — Entering the Body\n\n\nPart I — Crossing the Threshold\n\n\nParticipants enter the practice room in silence. \n\n\nShoes are removed at the entrance as a symbolic transition from ordinary life into embodied practice. \n\n\nSlow walking meditation. \n\n\nAttention moves toward: \n\n\nfeet\nlegs\npelvis\nabdomen\nchest\nshoulders\nface\nbreath\n\n\nExercise: “Where Am I?”\n\n\nParticipants stop periodically. \n\n\nThree questions: \n\n\nWhat am I sensing? \n\n\nWhere am I sensing it? \n\n\nWhat happens if I do nothing about it? \n\n\n\nPart II — Men’s Circle\n\n\nEach participant completes: \n\n\n“Today\, being a man means…” \n\n\nThen: \n\n\n“Something I rarely allow other men to see in me is…” \n\n\nNo discussion. \n\n\nOnly witnessing. \n\n\n\nPart III — Embodiment Meditation\n\n\n20–25 minutes. \n\n\nAttention progressively moves: \n\n\nfeet → legs → pelvis → belly → heart → throat → face → whole body. \n\n\nFinish with: \n\n\n“I do not need to become anything tonight.\nI begin by inhabiting what is already here.” \n\n\n\nClosing\n\n\nSimple grounding. \n\n\nSilence until morning encouraged. \n\n\nFRIDAY \n\n\nTHE PHYSICAL MAN\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nFROM BODY TO PRESENCE \n\n\n07:00–08:15\n\n\nMorning Practice — Awakening the Male Body\n\n\nspinal awakening\nfascia mobilization\nshaking\nconscious breathing\ngrounding\nNadi Shodhana\ngentle Kapalabhati where appropriate\nstanding meditation\nTadasana\nMalasana\nCobra\nbridge\nrelaxation\n\n\nThe intention is not athletic performance. \n\n\nThe participant asks: \n\n\nWhere am I alive? \n\n\nWhere am I numb? \n\n\nWhere am I holding? \n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:30–13:30\n\n\nWORKSHOP — THE BODY I INHABIT\n\n\nTheory\n\n\n45 minutes: \n\n\nembodiment\ninteroception\nsensory awareness\nbody image versus body experience\ntension and protection\npleasure and presence\nbody and masculine identity\n\n\n\nExercise 1 — Body Mapping\n\n\nEach participant draws a human silhouette. \n\n\nThree categories are mapped: \n\n\nALIVE \n\n\nAreas easily perceived. \n\n\nQUIET \n\n\nAreas difficult to perceive. \n\n\nPROTECTED \n\n\nAreas associated with tension\, shame\, vulnerability or defensiveness. \n\n\nNo interpretation is initially required. \n\n\n\nExercise 2 — Masculine Postures\n\n\nParticipants physically explore: \n\n\npower\nprotection\nconfidence\nshame\nfear\nseduction\nvulnerability\ntenderness\n\n\nThey exaggerate each posture and observe: \n\n\nWhat changes in my breath? \n\n\nWhat changes in my chest? \n\n\nWhat changes in my pelvis? \n\n\nWhat changes in my gaze? \n\n\n\nExercise 3 — Witnessing the Man\n\n\nPairs. \n\n\nA stands. \n\n\nB observes silently. \n\n\nA explores different postures. \n\n\nB does not analyze A. \n\n\nAfterward B says only: \n\n\n“What I noticed in myself while witnessing you was…” \n\n\nThe distinction is essential: \n\n\nwitnessing rather than judging. \n\n\n\n13:30–15:30\n\n\nLunch and rest. \n\n\n\n15:30–18:30\n\n\nBODYWORK — RECEIVING THE BODY\n\n\nIntroduction to conscious touch. \n\n\nBefore any touch: \n\n\nThe Three Questions\n\n\nMay I touch you?\nWhere may I touch you?\nHow would you like to be touched?\n\n\nParticipants practice saying: \n\n\nyes\nno\nslower\nlighter\nstronger\nstop\ncontinue\nI don’t know\n\n\nPractice\n\n\nA structured non-sexual body massage: \n\n\nfeet\nlegs\nback\nshoulders\narms\nhands\nhead\n\n\nThe receiver practices doing nothing. \n\n\nThe central teaching: \n\n\nReceiving is also an action of consciousness. \n\n\n\n19:00–20:00\n\n\nDinner. \n\n\n\n21:30–23:00\n\n\nRitual — THE SKIN\n\n\nLow light. \n\n\nMeditative self-touch using oil. \n\n\nHands slowly encounter: \n\n\narms\nchest\nabdomen\nface\nlegs\n\n\nNo goal. \n\n\nNo sexualization. \n\n\nOnly sensation. \n\n\nFinish lying down with hands over heart and belly. \n\n\nQuestion: \n\n\nCan my own touch tell my body that I am present? \n\n\nSATURDAY \n\n\nPLEASURE\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nI ALLOW MYSELF TO FEEL \n\n\n07:00–08:15\n\n\nTantra Kriya Yoga\n\n\nTheme: \n\n\nopening the sensory body. \n\n\nPractices: \n\n\nspinal movement\nbreath\nfascia activation\nasanas\npelvic awareness\nbandha awareness\nsubtle central-axis meditation\nmicro-meditations between postures\n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:30–13:30\n\n\n— THE ANATOMY OF PLEASURE\n\n\nTheory\n\n\nPleasure is explored through five layers: \n\n\nSensory pleasure \n\n\nTouch\, temperature\, sound\, smell. \n\n\nPhysical pleasure \n\n\nMovement\, stretching\, relaxation. \n\n\nEmotional pleasure \n\n\nSafety\, affection\, belonging. \n\n\nRelational pleasure \n\n\nBeing seen and accepted. \n\n\nEnergetic pleasure \n\n\nExperiences interpreted within Tantric practice as expansion\, flow\, vibration and movement of prana. \n\n\n\nExperience — The Sensory Laboratory\n\n\nFive stations: \n\n\nTouch \n\n\nDifferent textures. \n\n\nSound \n\n\nListening meditation. \n\n\nSmell \n\n\nNatural aromas. \n\n\nMovement \n\n\nSlow intuitive movement. \n\n\nStillness \n\n\nReceiving sensation without external stimulation. \n\n\nParticipants record: \n\n\nWhat opens me? \n\n\nWhat closes me? \n\n\nWhat makes me curious? \n\n\n\nPractice — Pleasure Without Performance\n\n\nPairs. \n\n\nOne participant receives a hand/arm/shoulder touch sequence. \n\n\nReceiver communicates only: \n\n\nmore / less / slower / faster / stop / continue. \n\n\nThis introduces a principle that will become central later in sexuality: \n\n\nPleasure does not require performance. \n\n\n\n13:30–15:30\n\n\nLunch/rest. \n\n\n\n15:30–18:30\n\n\nTHE PELVIS — ROOT OF THE EMBODIED MAN\n\n\nThis session introduces the pelvis without making the session explicitly sexual. \n\n\nTheory\n\n\npelvis and movement\npelvic floor awareness\nbreathing and pelvic mobility\nMuladhara and Svadhisthana as traditional energetic maps\ngrounding\npleasure\nshame\nvitality\n\n\nPractices\n\n\nPelvic circles. \n\n\nHip opening. \n\n\nSquatting. \n\n\nBreathing into the lower abdomen. \n\n\nMula Bandha awareness without excessive contraction. \n\n\nMovement with eyes closed. \n\n\nGrounding through feet and legs. \n\n\nPartner practice\n\n\nOne participant moves. \n\n\nOne witnesses. \n\n\nSwitch. \n\n\nIntegration: \n\n\n“What changes when another man sees my body move?” \n\n\n\n19:00–20:00\n\n\nDinner. \n\n\n\n21:30–23:00\n\n\nFIRE RITUAL — THE MAN I WAS TAUGHT TO BE\n\n\nParticipants write: \n\n\n“A man should…” \n\n\nRepeatedly. \n\n\nExamples may emerge: \n\n\nA man should be strong. \n\n\nA man should not cry. \n\n\nA man should provide. \n\n\nA man should always know. \n\n\nA man should be sexually capable. \n\n\nA man should never be afraid. \n\n\nEach participant chooses one inherited belief he wishes to question. \n\n\nThe paper is symbolically offered to fire where appropriate and safe. \n\n\nClosing statement: \n\n\n“I begin discovering the man beneath the expectation.” \n\n\n\nSUNDAY\n\n\nAWAKENING THE MAN\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nI INHABIT MYSELF \n\n\n07:30–08:30\n\n\nMeditation\, breath and gentle Kriya. \n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:00–12:00\n\n\nINTEGRATION EXPERIENCE — BODY OF A MAN\n\n\nThree phases. \n\n\nI — Alone\n\n\nMovement meditation. \n\n\nThis is my body. \n\n\nII — With Another\n\n\nStanding opposite another man. \n\n\nBreathing. \n\n\nEye contact optional. \n\n\nNo touching initially. \n\n\nThen consensual hand-to-hand contact. \n\n\nIII — With the Group\n\n\nMen form a circle. \n\n\nEach participant enters the center. \n\n\nHe completes: \n\n\n“The man I am beginning to experience is…” \n\n\nThe group witnesses. \n\n\nNo applause. \n\n\nNo advice. \n\n\nPresence. \n\n\n\n12:00–13:00\n\n\nPersonal Integration Plan\n\n\nEach participant chooses: \n\n\none daily body practice\none pleasure practice\none boundary practice\none relationship practice\n\n\n\n13:00–14:00\n\n\nLunch. \n\n\n\n14:00–15:00\n\n\nClosing Ritual\n\n\nFinal circle. \n\n\nHands on: \n\n\nbelly → heart → forehead. \n\n\nThree statements: \n\n\nI inhabit my body. \n\n\nI allow myself to feel. \n\n\nI begin discovering the man I am. \n\n\nEnd of the Workshop I.

\n\n\nWhere am I sensing it? \n\n\nWhat happens if I do nothing about it? \n\n\n\nPart II — Men’s Circle\n\n\nEach participant completes: \n\n\n“Today\, being a man means…” \n\n\nThen: \n\n\n“Something I rarely allow other men to see in me is…” \n\n\nNo discussion. \n\n\nOnly witnessing. \n\n\n\nPart III — Embodiment Meditation\n\n\n20–25 minutes. \n\n\nAttention progressively moves: \n\n\nfeet → legs → pelvis → belly → heart → throat → face → whole body. \n\n\nFinish with: \n\n\n“I do not need to become anything tonight.\nI begin by inhabiting what is already here.” \n\n\n\nClosing\n\n\nSimple grounding. \n\n\nSilence until morning encouraged. \n\n\nFRIDAY \n\n\nTHE PHYSICAL MAN\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nFROM BODY TO PRESENCE \n\n\n07:00–08:15\n\n\nMorning Practice — Awakening the Male Body\n\n\nspinal awakening\nfascia mobilization\nshaking\nconscious breathing\ngrounding\nNadi Shodhana\ngentle Kapalabhati where appropriate\nstanding meditation\nTadasana\nMalasana\nCobra\nbridge\nrelaxation\n\n\nThe intention is not athletic performance. \n\n\nThe participant asks: \n\n\nWhere am I alive? \n\n\nWhere am I numb? \n\n\nWhere am I holding? \n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:30–13:30\n\n\nWORKSHOP — THE BODY I INHABIT\n\n\nTheory\n\n\n45 minutes: \n\n\nembodiment\ninteroception\nsensory awareness\nbody image versus body experience\ntension and protection\npleasure and presence\nbody and masculine identity\n\n\n\nExercise 1 — Body Mapping\n\n\nEach participant draws a human silhouette. \n\n\nThree categories are mapped: \n\n\nALIVE \n\n\nAreas easily perceived. \n\n\nQUIET \n\n\nAreas difficult to perceive. \n\n\nPROTECTED \n\n\nAreas associated with tension\, shame\, vulnerability or defensiveness. \n\n\nNo interpretation is initially required. \n\n\n\nExercise 2 — Masculine Postures\n\n\nParticipants physically explore: \n\n\npower\nprotection\nconfidence\nshame\nfear\nseduction\nvulnerability\ntenderness\n\n\nThey exaggerate each posture and observe: \n\n\nWhat changes in my breath? \n\n\nWhat changes in my chest? \n\n\nWhat changes in my pelvis? \n\n\nWhat changes in my gaze? \n\n\n\nExercise 3 — Witnessing the Man\n\n\nPairs. \n\n\nA stands. \n\n\nB observes silently. \n\n\nA explores different postures. \n\n\nB does not analyze A. \n\n\nAfterward B says only: \n\n\n“What I noticed in myself while witnessing you was…” \n\n\nThe distinction is essential: \n\n\nwitnessing rather than judging. \n\n\n\n13:30–15:30\n\n\nLunch and rest. \n\n\n\n15:30–18:30\n\n\nBODYWORK — RECEIVING THE BODY\n\n\nIntroduction to conscious touch. \n\n\nBefore any touch: \n\n\nThe Three Questions\n\n\nMay I touch you?\nWhere may I touch you?\nHow would you like to be touched?\n\n\nParticipants practice saying: \n\n\nyes\nno\nslower\nlighter\nstronger\nstop\ncontinue\nI don’t know\n\n\nPractice\n\n\nA structured non-sexual body massage: \n\n\nfeet\nlegs\nback\nshoulders\narms\nhands\nhead\n\n\nThe receiver practices doing nothing. \n\n\nThe central teaching: \n\n\nReceiving is also an action of consciousness. \n\n\n\n19:00–20:00\n\n\nDinner. \n\n\n\n21:30–23:00\n\n\nRitual — THE SKIN\n\n\nLow light. \n\n\nMeditative self-touch using oil. \n\n\nHands slowly encounter: \n\n\narms\nchest\nabdomen\nface\nlegs\n\n\nNo goal. \n\n\nNo sexualization. \n\n\nOnly sensation. \n\n\nFinish lying down with hands over heart and belly. \n\n\nQuestion: \n\n\nCan my own touch tell my body that I am present? \n\n\nSATURDAY \n\n\nPLEASURE\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nI ALLOW MYSELF TO FEEL \n\n\n07:00–08:15\n\n\nTantra Kriya Yoga\n\n\nTheme: \n\n\nopening the sensory body. \n\n\nPractices: \n\n\nspinal movement\nbreath\nfascia activation\nasanas\npelvic awareness\nbandha awareness\nsubtle central-axis meditation\nmicro-meditations between postures\n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:30–13:30\n\n\n— THE ANATOMY OF PLEASURE\n\n\nTheory\n\n\nPleasure is explored through five layers: \n\n\nSensory pleasure \n\n\nTouch\, temperature\, sound\, smell. \n\n\nPhysical pleasure \n\n\nMovement\, stretching\, relaxation. \n\n\nEmotional pleasure \n\n\nSafety\, affection\, belonging. \n\n\nRelational pleasure \n\n\nBeing seen and accepted. \n\n\nEnergetic pleasure \n\n\nExperiences interpreted within Tantric practice as expansion\, flow\, vibration and movement of prana. \n\n\n\nExperience — The Sensory Laboratory\n\n\nFive stations: \n\n\nTouch \n\n\nDifferent textures. \n\n\nSound \n\n\nListening meditation. \n\n\nSmell \n\n\nNatural aromas. \n\n\nMovement \n\n\nSlow intuitive movement. \n\n\nStillness \n\n\nReceiving sensation without external stimulation. \n\n\nParticipants record: \n\n\nWhat opens me? \n\n\nWhat closes me? \n\n\nWhat makes me curious? \n\n\n\nPractice — Pleasure Without Performance\n\n\nPairs. \n\n\nOne participant receives a hand/arm/shoulder touch sequence. \n\n\nReceiver communicates only: \n\n\nmore / less / slower / faster / stop / continue. \n\n\nThis introduces a principle that will become central later in sexuality: \n\n\nPleasure does not require performance. \n\n\n\n13:30–15:30\n\n\nLunch/rest. \n\n\n\n15:30–18:30\n\n\nTHE PELVIS — ROOT OF THE EMBODIED MAN\n\n\nThis session introduces the pelvis without making the session explicitly sexual. \n\n\nTheory\n\n\npelvis and movement\npelvic floor awareness\nbreathing and pelvic mobility\nMuladhara and Svadhisthana as traditional energetic maps\ngrounding\npleasure\nshame\nvitality\n\n\nPractices\n\n\nPelvic circles. \n\n\nHip opening. \n\n\nSquatting. \n\n\nBreathing into the lower abdomen. \n\n\nMula Bandha awareness without excessive contraction. \n\n\nMovement with eyes closed. \n\n\nGrounding through feet and legs. \n\n\nPartner practice\n\n\nOne participant moves. \n\n\nOne witnesses. \n\n\nSwitch. \n\n\nIntegration: \n\n\n“What changes when another man sees my body move?” \n\n\n\n19:00–20:00\n\n\nDinner. \n\n\n\n21:30–23:00\n\n\nFIRE RITUAL — THE MAN I WAS TAUGHT TO BE\n\n\nParticipants write: \n\n\n“A man should…” \n\n\nRepeatedly. \n\n\nExamples may emerge: \n\n\nA man should be strong. \n\n\nA man should not cry. \n\n\nA man should provide. \n\n\nA man should always know. \n\n\nA man should be sexually capable. \n\n\nA man should never be afraid. \n\n\nEach participant chooses one inherited belief he wishes to question. \n\n\nThe paper is symbolically offered to fire where appropriate and safe. \n\n\nClosing statement: \n\n\n“I begin discovering the man beneath the expectation.” \n\n\n\nSUNDAY\n\n\nAWAKENING THE MAN\n\n\nTheme\n\n\nI INHABIT MYSELF \n\n\n07:30–08:30\n\n\nMeditation\, breath and gentle Kriya. \n\n\n\n08:30–10:00\n\n\nBreakfast. \n\n\n\n10:00–12:00\n\n\nINTEGRATION EXPERIENCE — BODY OF A MAN\n\n\nThree phases. \n\n\nI — Alone\n\n\nMovement meditation. \n\n\nThis is my body. \n\n\nII — With Another\n\n\nStanding opposite another man. \n\n\nBreathing. \n\n\nEye contact optional. \n\n\nNo touching initially. \n\n\nThen consensual hand-to-hand contact. \n\n\nIII — With the Group\n\n\nMen form a circle. \n\n\nEach participant enters the center. \n\n\nHe completes: \n\n\n“The man I am beginning to experience is…” \n\n\nThe group witnesses. \n\n\nNo applause. \n\n\nNo advice. \n\n\nPresence. \n\n\n\n12:00–13:00\n\n\nPersonal Integration Plan\n\n\nEach participant chooses: \n\n\none daily body practice\none pleasure practice\none boundary practice\none relationship practice\n\n\n\n13:00–14:00\n\n\nLunch. \n\n\n\n14:00–15:00\n\n\nClosing Ritual\n\n\nFinal circle. \n\n\nHands on: \n\n\nbelly → heart → forehead. \n\n\nThree statements: \n\n\nI inhabit my body. \n\n\nI allow myself to feel. \n\n\nI begin discovering the man I am. \n\n\nEnd of the Workshop I.
