There will also be a lounge room with a café where you can get coffee\, tea & snacks. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPractical Information\nWear soft clothes you feel comfortable in and maybe some warm socks. Avoid too strong perfume. Take a long\, nice shower instead. \nBring yoga mat\, blanket and a pillow to sit on.
