It is a philosophical system with a tradition lasting several thousand years\, also called the “yoga of love.”\nTantra is particularly important to people who not only want to enrich their sex life\, but also expect a deep relationship with their partner. Through delicacy\, mindfulness and conscious perception of the body\, tantra helps to fully open up to someone close. It affects our lives. It offers an approach to life that celebrates the joy\, pleasure and sensual body consciousness.\nTantra is a way of development and change\, experiencing deep love and sexuality\, creating close relationships. These are not just sexual techniques and advice\, as is commonly believed\, but something much deeper. It is a process that takes place at all levels: body\, mind and soul. And which unites all these levels.\nTantra honours our inner temple – the body. Tantra gives us tools to purify and cleanse; tools to recycle our sexual energy\, our thoughts\, our emotions and beliefs. As we are recycling in our own temple\, our body\, we start recycling in our home\, our relationships\, our family and our environment.\nTantra amplifies our experiences as subconscious material surfaces faster. Conscious breathing\, meditation\, tantric practices heighten the sensitivity of your nervous system and allow consciousness to expand. During short 3-hour modules we will be able to get acquainted with their work\, feel which method and teacher are closest to us and with whom we would like to continue with longer\, several-day workshops. \nAnd that is why the Festival is a part of the year-round program of the Here & Now center dedicated to working with sexuality & tantra. It also serves to promote our teachers and their methods. Throughout the year\, our center hosts workshops with many teachers who perform during the Festival\, including: Anand Rudra\, Swami Anahata\, Paab Amani and others. \nSHARING SPACE\nIt is an everyday meeting of all Festival participants\, time when they can share their impressions\, thoughts\, experiences and emotions. It’s the most important event of the whole Festival. The meeting is moderated and the participants are divided into smaller groups\, so called “tantric families”\, which remain constant throughout the festivities. \n \nHEALING TEMPLE\nIt’s a space where you can get all kinds of various messages\, consult bodyworkers and healers. Individual sessions are a great way to enhance your experience during the Festival. These sessions may support you in healing\, energizing or simply deep relaxation. A variety of private sessions will enable you to deepen your understanding of Tantra in general. Our healing area is private and fully equipped to give you the best treatments and our dedicated healers are professional session givers\, fully trained and qualified in their field of expertise.  Prices for individual sessions are not included in the Festival fee. \nBODY TEMPLE\nIn tantra\, the body is the temple of the immortal spirit. We express our respect for our bodies caring for them\, listening to their needs and satisfying them. We care about our temples when we make love\, meditate\, relax\, eat healthy and fresh food\, pampering the senses. But equally important is the attention to the appearance of our bodies and their ornamentation. Especially during the Festival of Tantra and Sexuality\, which is a celebration\, we wish that every teacher and participant emphasizes the beauty and radiance of the temple of his or her body. Please make sure that your clothes are not only convenient and comfortable\, but also festive\, decorative and full of harmony. \nTANTRA TEMPLE\nIt’s a beautiful place with Tantric Altar\, where you can feel the profound spirituality of Tantra. You can come with your partner or alone. You can sing mantras\, meditate or just sit in silence. The Temple is decorated with paintings and flowers\, saturated with pleasant fragrances\, filled with romantic music and enveloped in soft\, diffused light. Each day a different tantra facilitator supports the Temple with his/her energy. The Temple is open every night from 9 PM till 11 PM. \n \nTHE IDEA / MISSION OF THE FESTIVAL:\n\nTo bring awareness and presence into the intimacy sphere.\nTo meet a variety of Tantra & sexuality facilitators from all around the world.\nTo introduce the ancient wisdom of Tantra into our modern life.\nTo build a tantric community in Poland using international inspiration – gathering of the people who feel close to Tantra and wish to develop through love and relationship and simultaneous awakening of the body and consciousness.\nTo make Tantra and sexuality a less controversial topic in our society.\nTo have fun and feel joy\, to relax and dance and celebrate the beauty of nature.\n\n \nWHO CAN TAKE PART IN THE FESTIVAL?\n\n\nEveryone is welcome – alone or with a partner\, both beginners and advanced practitioners of Tantra\, everybody who is simply keen to know more about this topic and new approach to life. You must be at least 18 years old. Children are not allowed to take part in the festival.\nYou alone are responsible for yourself during the Festival and it is your decision to choose the events you are interested in.\nYou are responsible for your behaviour towards other participants. We expect you to show respect for others as well as to be sincere and open during the workshop processes. When you register for the Festival\, you will also have to give your consent to comply with the Tantra Festival Regulations.\n\n\nDuring the Festival all of us together create safe space to know each other and our attitudes towards love\, relationships\, sexuality and spirituality. Some of the workshops may include nudity and intimate touch but we always support you in respecting your personal limits and boundaries\, in saying “No”. You can always be fully dressed and refuse to take part in any activities which make you feel uncomfortable.\n\n \nTHE PLACE OF THE FESTIVAL – „HERE & NOW” CENTER\nThe “Here & Now” (Tu i Teraz) Center for Personal and Spiritual Development is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment (the private area covers 45 ha). Forests\, meadows and nearby lakes create a wonderful atmosphere for those who want to deepen their contact with Tantra\, Love and Nature. \nClasses take place in four independent venues (halls and workshop tents) located in the forest on a beautiful 10-hectare clearing within the Center. Additionally\, in the morning\, participants can take part in meditations and exercises for the body open to everyone. In this situation\, the participant has the right to choose to participate in a different workshop.\nThe Festival organizers reserve the right to change the program of the Festival for reasons beyond their control. When registering to the Festival\, you will also have to accept the Tantra Festival Regulations.\nIf you come with your partner\, you can book a double room or a place for camping\, to secure your privacy. But if you want to sleep in a shared space\, please note that these are intended only for relaxation and sleeping.\nDuring the Festival\, we create together a safe space to explore ourselves and our approach to love\, relationships\, sexuality and spirituality. Some of the workshops may include exercises for working with nudity\, but every time we support you in respecting your personal boundaries and your freedom to say “No”.
