There will also be a lounge room with a café where you can get coffee\, tea & snacks. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPractical Information\nWear soft clothes you feel comfortable in and maybe some warm socks. Avoid too strong perfume. Take a long\, nice shower instead. \nBring yoga mat\, blanket and a pillow to sit on. A water bottle\, and\, why not\, your own thermos for the tea and coffee? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFood & Accomdation\nThere are breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner breaks during which you can go out and enjoy the taste of Malmö\, or you can choose to bring your own food (note that there’s no microwave or fridge to store your food). \nYou need to arrange the accommodations yourself. You could sleep at a friend’s house or visit a nice hostel or hotel. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCome as You are\nThere will be something for everybody\, both new & experienced tantra practitioners and all in between. \nThis is a drug- and alcohol-free event.
