Hi dear participant,

After you have transferred the ticket fee your booking is guaranteed. Here some things you might want to bring or consider:

Preparation:

• In the days prior to the workshop enjoy light vegetarian meals.
• Avoid coffee, alcohol or drugs or tabaco.
• Meditate and have showers washing yourself with Sea salt.
• Use your Neti pot.

To bring:

• Water bottle
• Loose fitting clothes
• Optional extra clothing, T-shirt
• Lungi or Sarong
• Big cloth or beach towel or matras cover

Lunch:

• Center Djoj offers a vegetarian or vegan meal, this you have to reserve and pay directly as you arrive. Just mention you are in the Workshop of Mark & Anna.
• You can also bring your own lunch
